Due to some family emergency issues, we are extending the Commercial Building project and will now run from
07/18/2026 to 08/15/2026.

The project is progressing. Thank you to all our backers. We are currently at $1680. Five stretch goals have now been reached. A physical counter for the convenience store and 6" interior glass wall sections for both physical and digital backers. Roof Top piping both physical and digital. The cubical both physical and digital. The roof top satellite dish in both physical and digital.

It is finally here. Many of you have seen the beginnings of this project for over a year. This is our first modular system that we are creating and bringing to your world. There will be four physical buildings that we are bringing out for this project: Convenience Store, Police Station, Bank, and Commercial Building (3 stories).

Also, this is the first time that we will be offering a digital pledge level. Yes, that’s right, you will be able to print your own commercial building projects as big or as small as you want.

The commercial building project (CBP) is based on a 6” x 6” floor plate. You will be able to make buildings as small as a single floor plate, or up to a large office building. There will be digital and physical products for this CBP.

We’re excited to bring our projects directly to you—right here on our own site—so every dollar goes into making the best possible products. Unlike traditional platforms, this page focuses on one project at a time, keeping things clear, simple, and focused.
For each project, we’ll be offering both unpainted and painted versions.

How It Works

• This project runs for 21 days.
• Stretch goals for both physical and digital pledges will unlock as we meet our goals
• If your situation changes, you can cancel anytime—just contact us and we’ll handle it for you.
• The physical pledges will include inserts for the walls to replicate the glass in the walls. If you do the unpainted you will have to install them, which is easy, just slide them into the walls. They will be pre-cut to size. The painted versions will be installed by MBA.


• Each piece will have instructions for the assembly of the pieces.

PLEDGE LEVELS:

Below you can decide which pledge level that you want to purchase. You can do more than one if you would like.

The digital pledge level. $100

This will give you all the files to print all four of the physical products that are included in this campaign. So that means that you will not only get the standard piece files, but also the special pieces that are required to make the physical pieces that we are offering. Also, your mind is the limit to what you want to make. The biggest piece that we are offering for this campaign is an office building that is 18” x 24” by 3 stories. You can make a much larger building if that is what you want.

The files will be delivered to you with a link to google download. This is a personal license only and you are not allowed to share or sell any of the files. Being a personal license you are not authorized to produce and sell printed copies.

The building files are designed for FDM printing . However, some of the detail files, i.e. the gas pumps - were designed for resin printing. We do recommend that you use brim settings when printing your FDM parts for the best results.

The Convenience Store:

Unpainted $50/Painted $90



The Convenience Store is a single story building built on the 6x6 floor plate and includes a 6x6 base with the gas pump island. There are several interior and exterior sets that you can put into your store available for sale on our webstore as well.

The Police Station:

Unpainted $150/painted $300



The Police station is a two story building built on a 6” x 18” base. It includes the jail cells, garage door, ladders, and the controlled entrance to the facility. There are several interior sets that are also available on the webstore to accent your station.

The Bank:

Unpainted $250/painted: $600



The Bank is a two story building built on an L shaped layout which is 12” x 18”. It includes the bank vault, teller counters with chairs, rows of safety deposit boxes, drive up window, and grand stair case. Other interior sets are available on the MBA webstore.

The Commercial Building:

Unpainted: $1,200 /Painted $2400



The Commercial Building/Office Building is a three-story building that is built on layout of 18” x 24” per story. It includes:

• Reception room furniture
• One security/metal detector system
• Four cubicles
• Surveillance room set
• Two elevator shafts per floor with two total elevator carts per pledge
• One set of stairs and stairs well per floor

This is the ultimate office building. It is the painted version of the office building with a full set of interior detail bits. All items are painted.

Delivery/Shipping



 Each pledge will be charged an initial shipping amount. In most cases this will be enough to cover the shipping; however, in some cases additional shipping may be required.


• International backers: please note that any customs or local fees will be your responsibility.

• If you’ve combined your CF pledge with items from our shop, any shipping shown on your receipt will be deducted from your final total.

NOTE: This project will be shipped in pieces and flat packed, with the exception of the Convenience store level. You will be required to assemble the pieces once they arrive.

This project automatically funds—so your support instantly counts! As the campaign grows, everyone benefits, with bonus items unlocked. To be eligible for stretch goals, your pledge total has to be more that $100.

Want to expand your order? You can add any item from our website to your pledge order and enjoy 15% off those extras. Once your pledge is placed, we’ll refund the discount on qualifying items manually. Everything will ship together with your pledge.

Project Timeline




• Campaign runs for 21 days (start date will be posted at the top of the page).


• Once the campaign closes, this page will be archived.


• Production and painting will take up to 6 months maximum. Most pledges so far have gone out not later than 6 weeks from end of project.


• You’ll receive a notification when your pledge is ready to ship. If additional shipping is required, you will be charged at this time.





Risks: We have been in business for 24 years. We have completed 14 traditional Kickstarters and this is our 7th crowd funding project on our site. All have been fulfilled.
