We are now at $2400. All of the stretch goals have now been awarded. The awning you can see in the photos. I will get the merchandise bins up soon and we have to still design out the individual house water tank, but it is coming. Thanks for everyone's support.

What makes Ramadi House #5 different from the first 4 Ramadi Houses? #5 is a retail store front on the ground floor. There are two different versions A & B. You will have an option to purchase both versions for an additional discount.

       

       

       

       


We’re excited to bring our projects directly to you—right here on our own site—so every dollar goes into making the best possible products. Unlike traditional platforms, this page focuses on one project at a time, keeping things clear, simple, and focused.
For each project, we’ll be offering both unpainted and painted versions. (No digital options for this project—these are physical, high-quality pieces you can hold in your hands and add right to your collection!)

How It Works
• Each project runs for 15 days.
• Every project has stretch goals to unlock extra rewards for all backers.
• If your situation changes, you can cancel anytime—just contact us and we’ll handle it for you.

Shipping

Each pledge will be charged an initial shipping amount. In most cases this will be enough to cover the shipping; however, in some cases additional shipping may be required.
• International backers: please note that any customs or local fees will be your responsibility.
• If you’ve combined your CF pledge with items from our shop, any shipping shown on your receipt will be deducted from your final total.

Add-Ons
Want to expand your order? You can add any item from our website to your pledge order and enjoy 15% off those extras. Once your pledge is placed, we’ll refund the discount on qualifying items manually. Everything will ship together with your pledge.

Project Timeline
• Campaign runs for 15 days (start date will be posted at the top of the page).
• Once the campaign closes, this page will be archived.
• Production and painting will take up to 4 months maximum. Most pledges so far have gone out not later than 6 weeks from end of project.
• You’ll receive a notification when your pledge is ready to ship. If additional shipping is required, you will be charged at this time.

Risks: We have been in business for 24 years. We have done 14 traditional Kickstarters and this is our 6th crowd funding project on our site. All have been fulfilled.
