The Miniature Building Authority is bringing you 17 new items for this year. All meet our high standards of being pre-painted and ready to use out of the box. This year we are bringing you six new limited edition pieces. These are the: Necropolis Shrine, Jepson's Hidwaway Jungle Bar, Mobile Home, Country Chapel, and the Roadside Tavern.

New items are to arrive near the end of July. Any orders placed now will not be charged until the product is available for shipping (unless you are paying via Paypal. If this is your choice for paying, you will be charged at the time the order is placed.) Note, any currently available items that are ordered with pre-ordered items will only ship with the pre-ordered product in the July timeframe.

Limited edition items are to be potentially produced in two allotments: One for Summer 2009 and then a second allotment of equal number at a future date. This will allow customers to collect items that will be limited.
